Returned from 5 days in Medellin.
Accommodation:
Serviced apartment near the action. $59/night.
Scene:

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since last year. Current prices are about the same than what's described here.

Good info. I'd add that going during the week is much better — less crowded, better prices.
