Adding to this thread with my own experience from 3 weeks ago:
I noticed some changes since my last visit in 2023.
Biggest change: More competition means better service.
Still a great destination. 8/10 from me.

Not sure I agree about the area recommendation. I found a different neighborhood to be better.
