Returned from Chiang Mai last week. 10 days trip, visited late February 2026.

Spent most of my time in the Night Bazaar area area. Prices were 1500-3000 THB. The scene has stayed the same compared to my last visit.

Accommodation: Found a good hotel for $25/night within walking distance of the action. Clean, AC, wifi — all you need.

The girls were mostly attractive. Not as many as I expected.

Food was great value. Street food was amazing.

Overall: Would definitely return.

Happy to answer any questions.

The scene has definitely improved since my last visit in 2023.

Biggest change: Some of the old spots have closed.

Still a great destination. Solid 7/10.

Spot on with the prices. That's exactly what I paid when I visited in February.

Great report! Quick question — how was the wifi at your hotel?

Any restaurants or bars you'd recommend for hanging out during the day?

What was your total spend for the trip, roughly? Trying to budget for mine.

Hmm, I had a different experience. When I went, prices were lower.

How's the food there compared to the Philippines?

Things are much the same as always since my last visit in pre-COVID.

Biggest change: More competition means better service.

Still a great destination. Recommend for both beginners and veterans.
