Not sure I agree about the area recommendation. I found a different neighborhood to be better.

Adding to this thread with my own experience from 3 weeks ago:

Things are much the same as always since my last visit in 2024.

Biggest change: Prices have gone up about 20%.

Still a great destination. Solid 7/10.

Been going there for years and this is accurate. The scene has improved recently.
