I was there in February and can add some detail:
Prices: Slightly higher than reported. I spent about $80/day on the hobby side.
Girls: Mix of local and working girls from other regions. Quality was good.
My favorite spot was a small bar off the main strip.
One tip: Late night you get the best deals.
