I was there in early March and can add some detail:

Prices: Exactly as described. I spent about $50/day on the hobby side.

Girls: Mostly locals. Quality was varied.

My favorite spot was a small bar off the main strip.

One tip: Avoid weekends if you want better prices.

Not sure I agree about the area recommendation. I found the outskirts to be better.

Adding to this thread with my own experience from February:

Things are much the same as always since my last visit in pre-COVID.

Biggest change: Better quality overall.

Still a great destination. Solid 7/10.
