Not sure I agree about the area recommendation. I found the outskirts to be better.

I was there in early March and can add some detail:

Prices: Good value overall. I spent about $150/day on the hobby side.

Girls: Mostly locals. Quality was varied.

My favorite spot was the freelancer area near the hotels.

One tip: Late night you get the best deals.
