Has anyone been to Safety & Police recently? Looking for the latest intel.

Specifically interested in:
- Current price ranges
- Best areas right now
- Any safety concerns to be aware of
- Best hotels near the scene

I was there 6 months ago and had a mixed time. Wondering if things have changed.

Any recent trip reports would be helpful.

Cheers

I was there in last month and prices were great value. Spent about $150/day all-in.

My tip: try the local spots away from tourists.

Word of caution — watch out for taxi scams at the airport. Other than that, great destination.

I was there in January and prices were about average. Spent about $80/day all-in.

My tip: avoid weekends.

Good info. Going during the week is much better — less crowded and better prices.
