Current pricing for Jamaica:

Short Time: Budget $46-89, Mid $114-165, Premium $230+
Long Time/Overnight: $183-433
Massage with extras: $44-127

These are approximate ranges as of early 2026. Prices vary by area, provider quality, and negotiation. Locals pay significantly less.

Tipping is optional but earns you better service.

Best value: early evening before the rush.

Good info. Going during the week is much better — less crowded and better prices.

How long did it take to feel comfortable and find the good spots?

Been there 12 times now. Still one of my top destinations. The quality is what keeps me coming back.
