Returned from 12 days in Tips & Advice. Great trip overall.
Accommodation:
Serviced apartment near the main area. $30/night. Walking distance to everything.
Scene:
Busy and well-organized. Prices were in line with forum reports.
Quality:
Generally good looking with good service. Had 9 encounters total.
Logistics:
Transport was easy — Uber/Grab works well. Street food was a highlight.
Safety:
No issues at all.
Overall: 9/10. Solid choice, will be back.
Happy to answer any questions.

Word of caution — do not carry too much cash. Other than that, great destination.

Adding my experience: scene has improved since pre-COVID. Biggest change: more online activity.
