I was there in February and can add some detail:
Prices: Good value overall. I spent about $100/day on the hobby side.
Girls: International mix. Quality was varied.
My favorite spot was a small bar off the main strip.
One tip: Weekdays are quieter and better.

This matches my experience. Puerto Vallarta/Guadalajara is a solid destination.
