Not sure I agree about the area recommendation. I found a different neighborhood to be better.

I was there in early March and can add some detail:
Prices: Slightly higher than reported. I spent about $80/day on the hobby side.
Girls: Mostly locals. Quality was excellent.
My favorite spot was an agency I found online.
One tip: Avoid weekends if you want better prices.
