Best areas in Argentina:

Main Scene: Downtown district. Best concentration of venues. Busy but learnable.
Alternatives: Local areas for experienced visitors.

Hope this helps.

Agreed on all points. Make sure to bring small bills.

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since last year. Current prices are actually lower than what's described here.

Great report, thanks for sharing. I had a similar experience there last month.

With respect, my experience was more mixed. But maybe I went at the wrong time.

I was there in February and prices were slightly higher.

Spent about $135/day all-in. Quality was above average.

My tip: the late night crowd is different.

Been going for years. The scene has stayed consistent.
