Returned from 12 days in Brazil.
Accommodation:
Mid-range hotel near the action. $64/night.
Scene:
Improved recently. Prices up slightly.
Highlights:
GFE was next level.
Overall: 7.5/10 - One of my favourites.

I was there in March and prices were slightly higher.
Spent about $76/day all-in. Quality was above average.
