Arrived and got settled quickly. Uber worked great. Hotel was exactly what I needed.

Days 1-2: Explored, got the lay of the land. Took a day to figure things out.

Days 3-5: Quality improved once I knew where to look. Found my rhythm. The local area away from tourists area was the sweet spot.

Prices: $100-200 for premium. Pay asking price — it's fair.

Tips: Book hotels close to the scene.
