Returned from 12 days in Puerto Rico.
Accommodation:
Mid-range hotel near the action. $68/night.
Scene:
Quieter but worthwhile. Negotiation possible.
Highlights:
GFE was next level.
Overall: 9/10 - One of my favourites.
Happy to answer questions.

I was there in March and prices were exactly as described.
Spent about $68/day all-in. Quality was good.
My tip: avoid weekends.

Hmm, I had a different experience. Prices were higher when I went. Maybe timing matters.

I'd also recommend downloading Maps.me before you go. Essential.

Adding my experience from 3 weeks ago.
The scene has improved since pre-COVID. Biggest change: more competition.

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since the new laws came in. Current prices are about the same than what's described here.

Interesting take but I think you overpaid. Try negotiating next time.
