Just got back from Portugal — trip report March 2026

Returned from Portugal last week. 5 days trip, visited early March 2026.

Arrival and first impressions: Taxi from airport was straightforward. Checked into my hotel near undefined.

Day 1-2: Explored the area, got the lay of the land. Noticed some tourist markups.

Days 3-5: Hit my stride. The undefined area was surprisingly quiet.

Prices: In line with expectations. Some room for negotiation.

Tips for others: Be respectful and you'll have a great time.

Would I go back? Absolutely.

Still a great destination. Recommend for both beginners and veterans.
