Safety update for Argentina based on recent experience and community reports:

General Safety Level: Moderate — use common sense and you will be fine.

Common Risks:
- Street touts steering you to overpriced venues
- Tourist pricing — negotiate or walk away
- Bait and switch — verify photos before paying

Areas to Avoid:
Stay out of unlit side streets after midnight.

Police Situation:
Police checkpoints are common — carry ID.

Stay safe out there.

Agreed on all points. Make sure to book hotels in advance.

Did you use freelancers or find girls at bars?

First time was overwhelming but exciting. Second time was so much more efficient. Experience makes all the difference.
