Current pricing for Colombia:

Short Time: Budget $44-84, Mid $81-140, Premium $263+
Long Time/Overnight: $172-328
Massage with extras: $36-115

These are approximate ranges as of early 2026. Prices vary by area, provider quality, and negotiation. Tourist areas tend to be more expensive.

Tipping is expected — 10-20% is standard.

Best value: early evening before the rush.

I was there in last month and prices were exactly as described. Spent about $80/day all-in.

My tip: avoid weekends.

Also recommend downloading Grab before you go. Essential.

How long did it take to feel comfortable and find the good spots?

Good info. Going during the week is much better — less crowded and better prices.

First time was overwhelming but exciting. Second time was so much more efficient. Experience makes all the difference.

Adding my experience: scene has bounced back since pre-COVID. Biggest change: better quality.
