Has anyone been to Trinidad & Tobago recently? Looking for the latest intel.

Specifically interested in:
- Current price ranges
- Best areas right now
- Any safety concerns to be aware of
- New venues worth checking out

I was there 6 months ago and had a decent time. Wondering if things have changed.

Trying to decide between this and Germany.

Cheers

How long did it take to feel comfortable and find the good spots?

Good info. Going during the week is much better — less crowded and better prices.

I was there in January and prices were slightly higher. Spent about $80/day all-in.

My tip: go early evening.

Adding my experience: scene has improved since pre-COVID. Biggest change: more online activity.

Been there 12 times now. Still one of my top destinations. The friendly atmosphere is what keeps me coming back.

Did you use freelancers or find girls at the hotel?

I was there in February and prices were slightly higher. Spent about $80/day all-in.

My tip: midweek is much better.
