Mid-range Airbnb near the main area. $62/night. Clean and central.
Scene:
About what the forum described. Prices were fair for the quality.
Quality:
Better selection than last time. Had 7 encounters total.
Logistics:
Taxis are cheap but negotiate first. Food was cheap and delicious.
Safety:
Felt safe throughout.
Overall: 7.5/10. Solid choice, will be back.
