Visited West Coast for 7 days. Great experience. Scene is quieter but worthwhile. Pricing fair.
Spent $97/day. Best part: variety.
Overall: 8/10. One of my favourites.

Adding my experience from February.
The scene has stayed the same since pre-COVID. Biggest change: better quality overall.

I'd rate it similarly. Solid 8/10 destination.

With respect, my experience was more mixed. But maybe I went at the wrong time.

How long did it take to feel comfortable and find the good spots?

Good info. I'd add that going during the week is much better — less crowded, better prices.

Been going for years. The scene has shifted a bit but still good.
