Visited Switzerland for 5 days. Solid experience. Scene is improved. Pricing up slightly.
Spent $109/day. Best part: friendliness.
Overall: 8.5/10. Exceeded expectations.

With respect, my experience was more mixed. But maybe I went at the wrong time.

Good info. I'd add that going during the week is much better — less crowded, better prices.

How long did it take to feel comfortable and find the good spots?

I was there in February and prices were great value.
Spent about $97/day all-in. Quality was above average.
My tip: midweek is golden hour.

What was your total spend roughly? Trying to budget for mine.

Not sure I agree about that area. I found a different part to be better value.

I'd rate it similarly. Solid 8/10 destination.

Quick question — how was the hotel security?

Spot on with the prices. That matches what I paid in February.

Interesting but I think you overpaid. Try going midweek next time.
